SPEAKING

The building of community through food is central to my way of life. As a working mother of two young girls, this philosophy is essential to our family’s health and happiness. The sourcing for and preparation of a meal encompasses so much - shared stories, learning and fun. My food is seasonal and easy to prepare but unique and different. I’m so passionate about what this has done for my family that I want to share it with others.
